It’s been a while but here is week 9 of my marathon training! Lesson Learned: There is no set in stone schedule! you can tweak your schedule to work better with you, your schedule and your health!
I enjoyed week 8! I’m a bit tired but nothing a good sleep can’t fix!
It’s so tough to train and vacation at the same time! I struggled getting my runs done but I’m not giving up!
This week was super hard for me. Even still, I decided to be proud of myself! I decided not be so hard on myself and to look forward to the better days coming! After all the #Universe has my back 🤞🏼! lol
